Breaking News Post

Over the past two weeks, we’ve seen a drastic increase in the need for virtual healthcare solutions. As such, Microquest has shifted our efforts towards developing new virtual care tools for your practice – patient messaging and virtual appointments.

These features will be available from our soon-to-be-released patient portal

Developed in Alberta for Alberta physicians, these new services will fully integrate with Healthquest. You can rest assured knowing that your patients will be receiving virtual care from their physician, who knows their specific medical history, ensuring you can preserve your patient’s continuity of care within their medical home.

That’s a guarantee other virtual care solution providers cannot make and aligns fully with the Patient’s Medical Home concept, advocated by the AMA and the College of Family Physicians of Canada.

Our entire development team is working hard to bring the patient-provider messaging to you as soon as possible. This solution will allow healthcare providers to communicate electronically with their patients in a secure, controlled setting.

As we near closer to the release of the patient-provider messaging feature, our development team will begin to shift focus to the next stage: virtual appointments.

Virtual appointments will allow you to visit with your patients virtually and remotely, helping to ensure continuity of care in these difficult times.

We will let you know as soon as our patient messaging solution is available.

Microquest is also relying on our users for active feedback and suggestions. In this rapidly changing environment, we need to be able to adapt quickly to the needs of our users and want your help to do so.
