Minimum Requirements for workstations:
- P4/Celeron (1.2 Ghz or Better)
- 500MB+ free hard drive space
- CD-ROM drive
- 17-inch monitor, at 1024 x 768 resolution
- Windows XP Pro, Windows Vista, Windows 7 (32 bit or 64 bit)
- 2GB of RAM
- High speed Internet account (ADSL or Cable if available)
- Twain drivers for scanning

- Twain drivers for scanning
- External drive or some type of backup drive
Recommended Requirements for servers:
- Quad-Core (i-Series or Better)
- 1TB+ HDD RAID space
- CD-ROM drive
- 17-inch monitor, at 1024 x 768 resolution
- Windows Server 2003 or Windows Server 2008
- 4GB of RAM if 32 bit, 8GB of RAM if 64 bit
- High speed Internet account (ADSL or Cable if available)
- Twain drivers for scanning
- External drive or some type of backup drive
- Laser Printer
- Windows compliant label printer
